We would love for local students in grades 7-12 to volunteer at this event! Assistance will be needed with face painting, game stations, serving food, and other event activities. Please complete the form if you can help with this event. Parent or guardian permission is required, as transportation will be the responsibility of your parent or guardian. This is a great opportunity to earn community service hours. The event will take place on Saturday, July 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Yambilee building in Opelousas. I created this summer session because I believe in the power of creativity, connection, and confidence. Pop Culture Dessert Lab & Paint Party is more than just a fun activity. It's a hands-on experience where kids and parents can bond, express themselves and create sweet memories together!

Last night, our seniors were celebrated with awards, honors, and scholarships surrounded by their parents, families, teachers, and friends. We loved reminiscing through a special slideshow honoring each senior and recognizing all they have accomplished. 🎓💙
