Attention PES Parents, Families, and Community at Large…
For all involved in dropping off and picking up students please pay close attention to how we will conduct our morning drop off/intake and afternoon dismissal.
For the Mornings: All buses will enter the campus first. We will intake all bus riders at 7:15 am. All buses must be emptied before we take in car riders.
In the morning for Car-riders we will start taking in all Car riders starting at 7:20 am or not until all of the buses have left for the morning. Parents will be allowed to park across the street in St. Joseph’s parking lot. Please note you will park there at your own risk. A duty teacher will call you over when we are ready for car-riders to come on campus. We will also have extra teachers to assist with extending the line behind the band room. Please note no one can be dropped off while parked behind the band room. All students need to be dropped off in the front of the school.
Afternoon dismissal will start at 3:10 p.m. We will dismiss all bus riders first. Again we ask that no car-riders enter the campus until all buses have left the campus. Again, St. Joseph’s parking lot will be open to parents waiting for their children. Please note all parents using the church’s parking lot will use it at their own risk. Please wait until a duty teacher calls you over and until all buses have left the campus before coming onto the campus to start picking up your child or children.
Join Gifting Grace Project for a Whataburger Benefit Night on Thursday, August 13, from 6–8 PM at participating Whataburger locations in Breaux Bridge, New Iberia, Opelousas, Eunice, Youngsville, and Crowley.
